I recently hosted a cocktail party for many of the top producing agents from Coldwell Banker at my favorite South End Restaurant, Cinquecento. As someone who enjoys personal service, exciting cuisine and enchanting ambiance, Cinquecento has never let me down. Both Salvatore, the GM, and Bobby, one of my favorite servers, were instrumental in making this night even more special for me.
As the real estate marketplace continues to become more competitive, I decided that the best agents to do business with were others from my own company. The Coldwell Banker brand, both in the city and the suburbs, has an outstanding reputation and the agents who work in suburban offices have their methodologies. Since I needed a referral base to send clients to in the suburbs, I wanted to gather my own group of CB agents to work with and refer business to in areas I was far less familiar with. It is far more advantageous for me to know who the expert is in an area that I am not familiar with and to offer the highest and best service and information to anyone looking to make the biggest purchase in their life.
With the assistance of my two managers, Ken Tutunjian and Phil Chaves, we assembled a list of the best and brightest from Boston to Sudbury, from Downtown to Duxbury. I found this group to be delightful, full of fun and, like me, some were looking for others to get to know in areas they did not cover. (The attached photo will attest to that!!!) The night proved to be a big success, with great food, drink and service, interesting and enlightening conversation and much camaraderie. It was an evening where many people who were co-workers fast became friends. I know there will be many referrals going back and forth amongst us as we all look forward to meeting again soon.
