Albert Lynch

Being a real estate professional in Boston is my passion and enables me to do what I enjoy the most. Meeting new people, finding the best home solution for them and seeing them in their new home is personally gratifying. I genuinely enjoy guiding clients through the home buying and selling process. As a native Bostonian with comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market, I have finally realized my passion and turned my avocation into my vocation.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, my first profession was in the technology field, working for the likes of Bank of Boston, Nortel and AT&T, overseeing large scale projects, managing budgets and negotiating tight timelines. Little did I know how important those skills would be in the future, and the roles they would play in my real estate career.

Next, as the co-owner of a successful Boston based design firm, I sharpened my business and listening skills and merged these with my real estate talents and design capabilities. These exceptional client service skills and high-level negotiating techniques I developed, along with my creativity and design sense, have made me valuable to clients navigating through the complex world of Boston real estate.

In my real estate career, clients appreciate my straight-forward, trustworthy approach and appreciate my eagerness to guide them through each step of the process. When working with Buyers and Renters, my creativity enables me to think beyond the expected and inevitably ensures they find exactly what they are looking for; when representing Sellers, I assure maximum visibility for their listings while achieving the highest possible value, allowing me to efficiently and effectively exceed the results that a client anticipates. When integrating the aforementioned with my marketing skills, this combination makes me an ideal fit for the diverse array of clients emerging in the Boston real estate arena.

A graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, I began my philanthropic career soon after graduation. Along with some notable Boston College Alumni, I was instrumental in the growth and success of Second Helping, the Boston Food Bank’s perishable food transfer program. I have successfully served on the board of the Business Council of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and currently serve on the Foundation Board for the Joselin Diabetes Center. I have also been an active contributor to the Bay State Financial Charitable Foundation, The Boston Harbor Association, The Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway Conservancy, The American Red Cross and many other local charities, including the Boston Boys and Girls Clubs. It was here that I met Myra Kraft a legend in the non-profit world and a true hero. “I will always admire the energy, passion and drive that I witnessed. These actions inspired me to make more time and give more of myself to those in need. “
